Staffing Needs
The institution is currently facing a shortage of professional staff due to financial constraints. While the need for qualified personnel continues to grow, we are unable to adequately meet salary obligations with our limited resources. To ensure effective and efficient service delivery to the children under our care, we are seeking a donor or partner who can support the payment of staff salaries.
Adequate staffing will greatly enhance the quality of care, therapy, and overall well-being of the children at Hope & Faith Home for Special Children.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the OASA Members for their unwavering support during and after the COVID-19 pandemic (2020 to date). At a time when walk-in visitors were no longer possible and support systems were limited, your organization stood with us by providing food supplies and supporting staff salaries for an entire year.
During a period when even government support was unavailable, you brought hope, relief, and smiles to our children. We truly thank God for touching your hearts and using you as a blessing to Hope & Faith Home for Special Children.
